User feedback: "Having an issue with an order, the exact same issue is outlined above from another user, but without an obvious solution. When either of us creates the exact same order on the other side it gets reversed, and therefore thinks we both have insufficent balance to complete the transaction. Airswap gets the tokens reversed on the other side of the txn

we've tried everything. It's literally the same situation as was outlined by @0xtech above, with the same tokens.

I can create the order on my end, and the UI sees both tokens in the swap, but on the other side the tokens are reversed and it wants the other party to deposit the same tokesn they're trying to buy, and therefore says they have insufficient balance if we reverse the txn and try it on the other side i get the same result it wants me to pay with the tokens i'm trying to buy, and says i have insufficient balance even the review screen of the txn looks weird on the other side of the txn, the amounts are associated with the wrong token basically, nothing is working we've tried moving tokens to different wallets, cancelling and creating new txns, nothing fixes it and its not just one of us having the issue, we both are

It was the exact same issue as this user stated, also with rLP token we've tried everything we can think of for about 18 hours. Nothing works. We're recreated the txn multiple times

ok, we figured it out. This might help you with UI development. The user who initiated the OTC swap had enough tokens to create the swap, but not enough for the fee. The UI still allows them to create the OTC swap. That person sends the link to the other party, the other party has plenty of tokens in their wallet to complete the txn, but that person sees 'insufficient balance'.

We tried so many different options to solve that problem. The other party didn't realize he was a few tokens short as the UI was allowing him to create the swap."

Problem to fix:

OTC swap says 'insufficient balance' if the signer has enough tokens but not enough gas. The error persists for the sender, even if the sender has enough balance + gas
