Shippo just told me that using "Soft Pack" as our package type is the least expensive shipping option. Apparently if we do use a default dimension or use your own packaging, it assumes that the shipment is a box and the cost goes up slightly. That said, if we are not already using "Soft Pack" as our default, can we update all our future shipments?
