This has a lot more changes than the back-end. Principally, we added 2 new reducers and a three-ducks folder for users/edit/index.js, new node server routes for users and stores, and a nice little table for seeing users (links to edit, which is still janky-looking but definitely works!). it could use a little more CSS polish.
