There's more than one way to indicate multiple items for a single service. For example (see photo), David Leinheardt ordered a regular hem on 3 pairs of pants. The Shopify invoice shows Pants #1 $0.00 x (3) and Pants #1 (Shorten Pant Length - Regular Hem) $15.50 x (3). But you could also invoice this as Pants #1, Pants #2, Pants #3, etc.
When using the first method, the multiplier (the 3) doesn't show up in the Tailor Portal, meaning they don't see the single service (regular hem) indicated 3 times. Al from About the Stitch called me tonight to ask about this because he received David Leinheardt's package with three pairs of pants but the portal only indicates 1 (even though he was charged for 3 in Shopify).
Is there a way to make the portal reflect Shopify's multiplier (the 3 in this case)?
