The problem is that our tailors run out of supplies because they do not have a place to easily request them from us. This causes tailors to send out packages with missing packaging components which affects the customer experience. Because ordering supplies is not streamlined, we spend a lot of time on back and forth communication with tailors and with whoever ships the supplies out.
I've created a simple order form that the tailors can use to easily order supplies from us. The form sends the order request to our shipping warehouse for fulfillment. Air Tailor can now make smarter purchasing decisions by buying in bulk. Streamlining communication limits the amount of back & forth between the Air Tailor team and the tailor, saving time and money. The tailor shop can now order supplies and get them much quicker. Improving this operation will help us be more on top of the customer experience.
Here's what I need from you:
Add a new navigation link to tailor portal and call it "SUPPLIES". I sourced an icon that you can use and attached it to this form.
Visit this Typeform page to embed the form into the new portal supplies page:

Then "xxxxx" needs to be replaced with the title of the tailor shop.
If it is not possible to embed the form, just have the SUPPLIES navigation link open up a new tab to https://airtailor.typeform.com/to/mHY3zA?name=xxxxx Again, please replace "xxxxx" with the title of the tailor shop, otherwise we will not know which shop to send the supplies to.
