The goal of this issue is assurance that the source code is developed with high quality. For this reason, needs to add scanners for code quality regarding the JavaScript inside the CI (continuous integration).

Add GitHub actions, but keep in mind that only checks the src folder if it is possible.
Set the quality to the highest standards.
