[MOB-1310] [MOB-1359] Support UnionPay and JCB

This pr adds support for UnionPay and JCB by:

• Render logo image
• Validate card number and refactor length validation using range instead of static number

Also fixed the issue:

• Payment get stuck when debit card is used for payment with save card option on

UnionPay (both payment & recurring):

JCB (payment only because recurring is not supported from backend at this stage):
