EleasticSearch or MS teams support #21

can we also integrate with ES or MS teams?

I just found this tool and was checking for MS teams support as well. Teams channels have webhooks, so I am checking to see if it can post using the slack integration. If not, it should be a very similar implementation.

i dont think they support ES or MS Teams as don't see any update from them.
