System directory #1

It looks like the whole system directory is missing so I can't run php -S localhost:8000 system/router.php

I see that my description is a little misleading. This skeleton is supposed to show up on the official Sekelton Download page. There you could download the Zip, extract it and you would be good to go. Unfortunatly my skeleton is not listed there, maybe I should check this.

For this development version list here on Github Grav needs to be installed first. In the web root of Grav the content of this repo can then be added. Additionally the missing dependencies listed in the .dependencies file need to be installed. It has been a while for me so I don't know if this can be done automatically.
