Hi,

first of all, thanks for the example -- it's just what I needed for my project; I adopted it with some changes to determine dominant colours of an object that was previously detected with a HAAR cascade.

But the code license is not specified so it's not clear what kind of usage is allowed. Would you mind to specify one of the free/permissive licenses? I'd suggest GPLv3, but it's up to you to choose what license to use.
