Docs are missleading #78

According to this page you can neither alter nor drop columns in SQLite.
That is certainly true for SQLite, but not for sa-migrate, as the table
gets renamed, newly created and the data gets copied back…

This is fixed with trunk documentation providing table which operations are 
supported 
in specific DB.
