创建一个可配置的日志系统

  1. 保存日志的格式暂时定为如下： [y/m/d:hour:minites:seconds][Sever-Name]xxxxxxxx(详细的一行日志的信息)
  2. 日志的文件名规则暂时定为： 1）一天保存一份LOG（需要可配置） 2）日志暂时存放在data/futurecity/log下
  3. 日志的目录存储规则为一年一个目录（需要可配置）
  4. 需要实现重定向功能，目前只提供显示在终端下和打印到文件中这两种方式
