Functionality broken on newer versions of chrome #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the capture icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no popups for choosing what to be captured.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chrome 16.0.889.0 dev-m (windows)
screen capture 5.0.3

Sort of works on Chrome Beta 17.0.932.0 dev...but saving options crashes Chrome.

While this "fixed" itself for a time, currently on my main computer this is 
broken again. Sceenshots appear to work but never appear on the site. Similarly 
the keyboard shortcuts are "broken," displaying the defaults even though I've 
changed them. Here is a screenshot  Please fix this!!

i have the same problem, and if you look at recent ratings of the plug-in on 
the chrome web store, many recent 1-star ratings indicate the same problem.
