Allow Nudging for Region Capture #65

Hi,

Can you please add support for allowing nudging via the arrow keys when 
selecting a region. So if the box has been selected, but you need to adjust it 
before selecting ok - it would be much easier to nudge with the keys than have 
to use the mouse (can be a little more granular in the movements).
