loading libcrypto in unsafe way #1352

My MacBook Pro (Intel 2017) gives me this error

.rbenv/versions/3.0.2/bin/ruby is loading libcrypto in an unsafe way zsh: abort rails db:create

I have tried with rvm, asdf and system ruby, and changed openssl version from 3 to 1.1, but not able to resolve this error.

found solution - just update eth gem
