Add the ability to receive the raw NMEA stream #22

This is useful for apps already using NMEA as a data source and for testing purposes of apps and libraries.

Hello, unfortunately this is not the direction aisstream.io would like to take and we will not be looking to provide a raw NMEA feed in the future.
