[Bug] Class B: No ExtendedClassBPositionReports at all / No ShipStaticData

First of all thank you very much for making your API available!

• For Class A transceivers, I get all pertinent data.
• For Class B transceivers, I never seem to receive any ExtendedClassBPositionReport (testing worldwide BoundingBox). According to US Coast Guard navcen, ExtendedClassBPositionReport is "no longer required", however the StandardClassBPositionReport lacks, amongst other data, vessel name.

Out in the wild (on the water) I receive static data, like vessel name, from Class B transceivers via VHF live AIS for sure.

Is this a parsing problem, an API problem or a principal omission in the datastream's sources? Alternatively, of course, the fault might be on my backend's side...
