[Documentation Bug] Some value units do not match AIS messages #78

AIS transmits SOG in 1/10 knot increments. You appear to be sending SOG in knots. Is this as designed? Also Drought in message 5 is sent as 1/10 meters, but you are sending meters.

In any case, it would be helpful if your documentation included expected units.
