Bug: Hail shows app as frozen when it's unfrozen, never freezes app #96

After doing an unfreeze all and then a freeze all, I noticed Hail thinks some apps are frozen when they are not.

It may be that Hail is tracking which should have already been frozen and skipping them when infact they are still not frozen.

A workaround and useful feature would be a force freeze all which goes through the list and freezes regardless of whether Hail thinks it's already frozen.

I second this. I've noticed apps get messages etc even after clicking freeze in Hail.

Not sure if this is due to the issue reported above by tonydiep or because mode Device Owner -> Suspend doesn't actually stop the app from using the internet?
