Fixes #8

Changes

If no submitDate is set no TimeLine is shown
Shows the currently set Limesurvey Server on the Login page
refresh survey on nav change via main menu
allow setting interval via user settings #3 & #5
Cleanup multiple linting errors to conform to prettier.io
