Use the left side to list the last answers from all participants. Use the right side for a diagram:
- x-axis time
- y-axis participants
- Add a dot whenever a participant answered that question, use the tooltip to show the answer given at that time.
Making ring and line-charts from numbers in which each text was entered is not helpful.
Suggestion: create table instead of the two graphs, similar to the one in the "Table view", listing only dates and text, and indicate which texts have been superseded by a new answer.
