[ ] only deploy docs on tagging a new release
[ ] keep docs for other versions
[ ] use poetry to install doc dependencies in documentation.yml workflow
[ ] properly enforce black and ruff (as applicable also to docs)
[ ] add a Windows runner like for IESopt.jl
