Thank you for your contribution Bishoy! Instead of overwriting the QGIS 2 script, could you add your ported script to the QGIS 3 plugin (https://github.com/dts-ait/qgis-edge-bundling/tree/master/qgis3_plugin/processing_edgebundling) instead please?
