LAN turtle scenario

This PR introduces the LAN turtle scenario with the following key changes/additions:

• Terragrunt/Lanturtle setup:

  • Added the terragrunt/lanturtle folder with module files for provisioning the lanturtle setup.
  • Added Ghostsserver to the lanturtle setup.

• Ghostsserver configuration:

  • Initial setup of the Ghostsserver with a dedicated folder under packer/ghostsserver.
  • Placed Ghostsserver in the LAN for direct communication with the ghostagent on AdminPC.

• Scenario5 and playbook files:

  • Added scenario5 folder with asynchronous Ghostagent and attacker setup.
  • Updated playbooks to include the installation of necessary tools and handling Bettercap operations.
  • Refactored Scenario5 playbooks and introduced a delay after ARP-spoofing is stopped.

• Documentation:

  • Added comprehensive documentation for the LAN turtle setup
  • Added instructions for the log-gathering process.
  • Added a README file in the ansible/run/scenario5 folder for quick on-hand instructions
