Hello, I'm having trouble implementing data with X and Y chrosomes CNAs. I've used either X and Y or 23 and 24 as identifier without any luck. Is it possible to plot data with theses chromosomes?

Hi,

Sorry, but CNApp does not implement chromosome X and Y analysis at this moment.

Thanks!
