pb of memory in pool #5

I have analyzed 12 runs for 1 marker. The db.sqlite is 5.3 Gb When running pool for 6 runs, there is a memory error (see attached file)

Is it possible to reduce the memory need ?

No memory problem in vtam-0.1.21rc1 for 6 runs. It got through also for 12 runs, but takes several minutes. I guess solving bug 0002714 in mantis will speed this up.
