hbot: add scale_amount #47

If you want to scale amount up, please follow the step:

  1. Modify config.sh. For example, change omg amount from 100 to 150
  2. source bin/env.sh
  3. Run ./trade_hbot.py --scale_amount "omg:100 eth:200" 100 means the old config
