fixes #106 by fixing typo #107

This PR fixes #106. There was a small typo in the manindex_dir assignment.

Is this fixed for pip and/or brew install? I tried pip3 install cppman and brew install cppman fresh today and the error reported by SGSSGene is still there. (error: module 'cppman.environ' has no attribute 'manindex_dirl')
