change manpages-cpp to cppman

can you please replace all 'manpages-cpp' occurrence to 'cppman' (including the url links) ? Thanks.

I didn't change the manpages-cpp in installation of Ubuntu since, the ubuntu pages is still manpages-cpp https://launchpad.net/~aitjcize/+archive/manpages-cpp

done, actually I cannot verify the installation on ubuntu. Last time I recommend cppman to my classmate, and I failed when try to add the PPA
