Error resending email #9

Hello, When sending the error in the log and having to resend I get error 500 on the page.

Magento version 2.3.7 Thank you.

Hello @awakebrasil

Thanks for contacting us. We couldn't replicate this issue in a fresh M237 environment with our Aitoc_Smtp module.

The steps we took were:

  1. Log in to the admin panel and go to Aitoc → SMTP → Emails Log
  2. Select (check the checkbox on) any existing email in the grid
  3. Click on Actions → Resend
  4. At this point, we saw a success message, and we received the email, but you saw a 500 Internal Server Error

Please give us the following minimum required information:

  1. Your order number for the purchase of our Magento extension, unless you git-cloned it from GitHub
  2. Your store's specific Magento version number, e.g., 2.4.2-p2
  3. Your store's Magento edition, e.g., Magento Open Source (a.k.a Community Edition) or Adobe Commerce (a.k.a. Enterprise Edition)
  4. Our Magento extension version number
  5. The method used to install our extension, e.g., A) composer or B) git clone or zip file
  6. The detailed steps to replicate the issue, including screenshots or a video
  7. The URL of the website where the issue can be replicated
