Define an streaming strategy

We would probably need more than one streamer, each one using a different account:

• Streamer 1: Following the accounts of the politicians, political parties and media.
• Streamer 2: Following the tags that we think are interesting, e.g. '#p2', '#tcot', '#gov', '#dem', '#dems', '#gop'...
• Streamer 3: Periodically queries the most relevant account relations (friends and followers). Once a day?
