Hello, thanks for your kind sharing.

Would you like to further share the pretrained model? For the reason that I intend to do a quick prediction on my data, and the application of ADNI dataset and further train from scratch is quite time-consuming

How do you pick the data in ADNI? I found the ADNI data download can be highly customized.

One more question, how are the subjects labeled in ADNI? Are subjects under the research group AD all demented? Or there are somewhere to indicate subjects are demented or non-demented?

From the very beginning of this work, what is mergedMRIv3.csv in preprocessingMRI.py, is it download directly from ADNI or generate by some other rules?
