Improvement of readme #5

I put the section about contributing before the section about writing a blog. Since contribution is more general and writing blog is particular case of contribution. Also added a sentence about installing github and commitzen CLI since it can be quite confusing to see these in the readme. (personal experience) Finally, made the repository commitizen friendly since git cz did not have otherwise any effect.

Cool, thanks! What do you mean by "making the repository commitizen friendly"? I am assuming it has something to do with the changes in the package.json
