Validated locally by running unit and integration test for the :connect:runtime and :connect:mirror modules.
Note that this changes the property name on our fork from mm.enable.internal.rest to dedicated.mode.enable.internal.rest; this needs to be accommodated in our configuration logic before we deploy this change to prod.
