enable consumer lag predictor using terraform #1664

When i need to enable the consumer lag predictor for aiven apache kafka

following this article https://aiven.io/docs/products/kafka/howto/enabled-consumer-lag-predictor

this should be added to the aiven_kafka resource at https://registry.terraform.io/providers/aiven/aiven/latest/docs/resources/kafka
