Support nested artifact filepath and updated schema and misc fixes

Description

Changes:

Support nested uploaded artifact paths
Move file utility methods to a separate module file file_utils.py
Add ignore_patterns to plugin copytree
Update test output schema to standardize camel case naming convention for all properties
add checks for artifact save and retrieve
update algorithm schema to add gid
