Homey thermostat capability doesn't support fan mode. It is available under HVAC mode.

Hello @Vullings @denniedegroot

Unfortunately I don't currently have access to my AC, meaning I cannot properly test the changes.

I belive we have to get rid of "thermostat" capability in favor of custom "hvac mode"
