[PATCH] Output file is downloaded with pagetitle as filename #44

Another convenience feature which is think is nice. The filename the file
is downloaded to is now the same as the pagetitle.

I only changed the presentation side. The file is still generated as
Main.pdf but the title is passed to the download script and put in the
header. Diff is 6 lines + 2 formatting lines.
