[PATCH] FrontMatter support #45

FrontMatter support was a thing missing to create complete documents from
w2l. I hacked a little something to add those headers (which are quite simple).
The page title is automatically filled in. So is the date with the last
modification date. Inclusion order matter, it has te be included last. If
it's included before toc e.g., the TOC comes before the frontpage in the
final document.

- You might want to look at the html form, it could be nicer maybe.
- Also I added a function to w2lCore to get the page title, but maybe
there's another way that I overlooked.
