with this pull request, I did the following steps.

first, I added a template of the README.md and MIT.md files for the project.
I installed the linters for the project.
add the home page while doing the skeleton and CSS for the style.
add the about page while doing the skeleton and CSS for the style.
after that, I fixed some style mistakes on the project.
after that, I added the desktop version for both pages.
add the menu on both pages to be dynamic.
add the artist section dynamically for the home page with javascript.
add content for the patrons' sections.
add copyright for both pages.

after finishing the project I did a video
