Add 3 Screens with Advanced Navigation #35

Starting to use navigation to allow users to swap between 3 different screens.

Should implement coroutines but baseline is allowing navigation between 3 screens using a top/bottom bar

3 screens setup is up and working, will launch separate issue for side effects
