RuneStaticData broken #12

Since today the rune static data endpoint gives me a NullPointer exception. I expect it has to do with an update Riot did: https://discussion.developer.riotgames.com/articles/1736/updates-to-lol-static-data-v3.html

Could you fix this please?

Fixed in 4.1.0
