wifi lag problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install v37 lcd host(bothx86 and x64) and my internet "rhythmically" stopped.
2.install v34 and internet fine.
3.install v37 and internet go to deadly road again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
LCD screen is fine

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v37 windows 8.1 x64, bitdefender IS,

v35,v36,v37 have issue, last good version for me is v34.

I have a similar (same?) issue, where lcdhost causes lag spikes every few 
seconds. I'm also on wireless, though I don't know if that's relevant in this 
case, and have been testing the issue with pings of 500 bytes. Every few 
seconds, though not every an exact number, there will be one packet that goes 
from ~30 ms to between 200 and 800 ms. Not a big problem for normal usage, but 
pretty noticeable when using any voip. I can provide logs if it would be 
helpful.
