What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open LCDHost.
2.Select any element.
3.Hover over the tooltip help icon next to any field in the Settings pane.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tooltip should be displayed where mouse is hovering over. Instead the tooltip
appears for a split second then moves to the center of my screen and resizes
itself to be too small to read.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest LCDHost (0.0.37) on Windows 7 Pro x64
Please provide any additional information below.
