Monitoring: Add Condition Image to ATI Tray Tools #56

ATI Tray Tools may support current game detection.

If confirmed, add the "Condition Image" class to the ATI objects so the "Magic 
Backgrounds" stuff can be done using this monitoring application just like it 
can with Fraps
