A17: Hidden items require double click to select

Replicate:
Have a visible object
Have a hidden object

1. Select the visible object in the Instances tree
2. Select the hidden object in the Instances tree. Instead of your selection, 
nothing is selected at all. Click again and the hidden item will be selected 
fine.

Any other hidden items can now be selected normally. This behaviour only 
manifests when selecting a hidden item if your current selection is a visible 
item

To replicate, the latest checked in code for LH_Cursor and the built version on 
the FTP show this behaviour.

Add any non-cursor object and a cursor controller to easily see what I mean.
