If any field doesn't have any info (blank) the interface should display "not available" #2

As a user of the platform, I would like to know when the information I am looking for is not available on the data set.

This should be shown as "Not available" on the following fields:

Activity page: amount applied for, program name, grant start date, grant end date, city, province, source ID, source authority, source URL, recipient organization, recipient ID, funder, funder ID, all fields within the recipient organization box, and expected results
Organization Page: legal name, business number, designation type, focus area, website, number of employees, 2019 revenue, fiscal period, city, province, postal code and country

For an activity that does not have a description, the text should be "Activity description not available"

Use "No data available" instead of "Not available"

@brittwitham in an activity page, if the Expected Results field doesn't have any data it should display "No data available" instead of No data available yet."

I want to address the last point made in the description above: For an activity that does not have a description, the text should be "Activity description not available"

This is an example of where there is no activity description and this second example has an activity description below the activity title.

If there is no activity description, please add "Activity description not available" underneath the title where the activity description is usually displayed.

In some occasions the Focus Area field under an organization page displays "Charity provided description when other program areas are not applicable, Charity provided description when other program areas are not applicable, Charity provided description when other program areas are not applicable"

Sometimes it is only once, sometimes it repeats multiple times like above. This is actually found in the original data. Here is an example on the hub.

Can we remove that phrase on the SKS Hub and display "No data available".

patch it up on the front end with a ternary operator @hjweinreb
