Adds prettier formatter with hook on commit #37

In order too avoid seeing diffs in spacing/formatting in subsequent PRs and between different contributors:

Added Prettier formatter with default settings
- except for use of single quote instead of double quote for consistency with current style
Added scripts to package.json to run Prettier
Added husky hook that runs Prettier on files in staging before a commit

Also:

Added jsconfig.json to allow absolute import paths

Alternatively we could use another formatter and/or change the formatter rules.
