org/activities & or/and checkbox selections are not intuitive #40

Current checkboxes selecting org/activities filters are unintuitive and don't conform to the way users expect checkboxes to behave based on experience on other websites.

Proposed fix:

Current and/or selection causes the button label to change, which is not how most search buttons in search pages behave.
