City filter not working #59

@psdcode When a city is added, it adds the city to the query, but it does not filter the results. Not even when the user clicks on the search button again.

@gustavohandrade that's cause Brittany transitioned the backend to using city param instead of municipality as I requested,, but I didnt make the corresponding change yet on the frontend
